Thankful for you Sale & Happy Fall

Hope you all enjoying a wonderful fall season.  It seems once Halloween ended and the calendar turned to November first, my inbox was filled with so many emails about how close the holidays really are.  With Thanksgiving just a few short weeks away, I started to reflect about all the things I am thankful for. Shabby Lane Shops is hosting a 'Thankful for You' sale.  What a great way to thank all the wonderful people who visit the site.  

Here is how it will work at InspiredByJane.com.  Each day, starting today, November 5, I will post a new item on the 'Thankful for You' page at a great savings.  Whether the item sells or not, a new item will be posted the next day, so check back often.

I hope you all weathered the storm and are safe.  Here in Connecticut, we had so many trees and wires down that they had to postpone opening the schools until after labor day.  Many people in my town are still without power.

Today is the first day I have been able to have an internet connection.  Of course, I had to leave the state!  If anyone has not received an order or response to an inquiry, please email me directly at

Summer by the Sea

I hope you are all having a lovely summer.  I have been spending most of my time by the sea, hence the not working on the blog!  Something about being in this setting really relaxes me.

The ocean really seems to be getting the creative juices flowing and I am looking forward to adding more items to the sit.
